Standard Residential

Standard residential homes. We photograph most rooms from two angles, with three views for primary bedrooms, kitchens, and living rooms, and one for baths, laundries, etc. Most exteriors include a minimum of three front views and 5 backyard views. If more amazing shots can be captured, we try to tailor the photography to the "story" of the home as much as possible, and take the shots needed to tell that story. Residential projects are assigned to a staff or senior photographer, as scheduling dictates.

Luxury

Recommended for shoots that involve staging or prop arrangement, specific equipment (lenses, resolution), on-site art direction, and for luxury properties (roughly $1.5 Million and above) or 5,000+ square feet. Luxury projects are assigned to a senior photographer.

Commercial

Commercial properties for rent, lease, or sale. This includes rental properties, vacation rentals, hotels, commercial real estate, retail or office buildings, and photography for builders, suppliers, contractors, property managers, and developers. Commercial projects are assigned to a senior photographer.
